Edward Jeramie Ortiz a relatively late starter to the sport of boxing at the age of 18, is a fighter who is in a rush to make his presence felt, winning the Adidas National PAL title just two years after his introduction. Two years later he followed that prestigious achievement up with a victory in an international dual with the Finnish national champion of the time before then going on to capture the 2015 nationals which ranked him as the #2 fighter in the US. I’m sure we can all agree that this is an Impressive rise to the top considering he bounced around from sport to sport before finding his calling. Now he is ready to embark on a new challenge in the professional ranks, taking his record to 5-0-2 which promises to bring more accolades along the way.

ORTIZ OUTPOINTS DIXON
Event Centre, San Antonio – Ed Ortiz kept his unbeaten streak alive with a dissecting decision win over Carlos Dixon. Ortiz further heaped misery on the resume of Dixon who truthfully never had an answer to the boxing skills that Ortiz possesses.
