Jared “The Real Big Baby” Anderson (17-0, 15 KOs), ranked #4 by the WBO and #5 by the WBC in the heavyweight division, secured a dominant ten-round unanimous decision victory over former cruiserweight champion-turned-heavyweight Ryad Merhy (32-3, 26 KOs) at the American Bank Center in Corpus Christi, Texas.

The bout was largely one-sided, with Anderson controlling the action while Merhy struggled to engage. Judges scored the bout 100-90, 100-90, and 99-91 in favor of Anderson.

In a pivotal clash between 2016 Olympians, Efe “The Silent Roller” Ajagba (20-1, 14 KOs) clinched a narrow ten-round split decision victory over Guido “The Gladiator” Vianello (12-2-1, 10 KOs).

Despite an early scare when Vianello rocked Ajagba in round two, causing him to briefly retreat to the wrong corner, Ajagba rallied and seized control as Vianello’s pace slowed in the middle rounds.

Vianello staged a late resurgence, it proved insufficient as Ajagba’s earlier dominance secured the judges’ scores of 96-94, 96-94, and 96-94 in his favor.
