The Light-Flyweight division as been unified by the impressive Kenshiro Teraji (20-1, 12 KOs) who stopped Hiroto Kyoguchi (16-1, 11 KOs) in the seventh round on Tuesday in Saitama, Japan.

Capturing the WBA title formerly held by Kyoguchi, WBC light-flyweight champ Teraji dropped his man in the fifth before putting the cherry on the cake with the finish two round later.

Puerto Rican southpaw Jonathan “Bomba” Gonzalez (27-3-1-1NC, 14 KOs) retained his WBO title with a decision victory over Japanese challenger Shokichi Iwata (9-1, 6 KOs). Scores were 117-111 and 116-112 twice.

Former WBO flyweight king, unbeaten Junto Nakatani (24-0, 18 KOs) was unanimous in his win over ex-minimumweight ruler Francisco Rodriguez (36-6-1, 25 KOs) in his debut super-fly bout.

Unbeaten WBO Asia Pacific lightweight titlist Shuichiro Yoshino (16-0, 12 KOs) defeated Masayoshi Nakatani (20-3, 14 KOs) via sixth round KO.
