Oleksandr Usyk’s may be faced with a late replacement for his heavyweight debut with reports emerging that Tyrone Spong has returned an adverse doping test, according to Promoter Eddie Hearn.
Hearn tweeted on Social Media the following:

Usyk, 32, is scheduled to face Spong at the Wintrust Arena in Chicago marking his first bout since defending his four world titles at Cruiserweight in stopping Tony Bellew last November.
Spong is most notable for his achievements in Kickboxing and MMA but like those disciplines as also made a fine start to his boxing career, amassing 14 wins from 14.
