KYOGUCHI RETAINS TITLE

Unbeaten WBA light flyweight super champion Hiroto Kyoguchi (14-0, 9 KOs) retained his title on Tuesday night, handing his countryman Tetsuya Hisada (34-10-2, 20 KOs) a twelve round decision by scores of 115-112, 116-111, 117-110 at the Edion Arena in Osaka, Japan.

Kyoguchi dropped Hisada in the ninth on-route to a hard fought decision on the judges scorecards.

I've been in the boxing industry for over 16 years but been a fan for almost double that figure. I'm the proud owner of TopClassBoxing which continues to go from strength to strength as we strive to give fight fans a voice to be heard amongst the community. I've also had several articles published by reputable magazines and you can usually catch me around ringside.
