MAYWEATHER DROPS NASUKAWA THREE TIMES ONROUTE TO FIRST ROUND STOPPAGE

One round is all it took for Floyd Mayweather to annihilate kickboxing star Tenshin Nasukawa in the first round of a boxing exhibition on Monday night at the Saitama Arena in Saitama, Japan.

Mayweather, 41, dropped Nasukawa three times before the overmatched Japanese fighter was mercifully stopped.

The exhibition was scheduled for three rounds but Mayweather decided to cash out early as he smiled whilst destroying the kickboxing star in the opening stanza.

Mayweather stated that he was still retired, adding “It was all about entertainment – we had a lot of fun,They wanted this to happen in Japan, so I said ‘why not?'”

I've been in the boxing industry for over 16 years but been a fan for almost double that figure. I'm the proud owner of TopClassBoxing which continues to go from strength to strength as we strive to give fight fans a voice to be heard amongst the community. I've also had several articles published by reputable magazines and you can usually catch me around ringside.
