By Wilson M Scott – What a great night of fights. Katie Taylor continues to look like the best female talent, skill wise I have ever seen, but she still has time to make those vital mistakes, She will learn from them and progress in many ways, but damn that girl could be special,

Look Out! Dereck ‘Del Boy’ Chisora was in the best shape of his life on Saturday night, putting on one of his careers best performances since the Vitali fight, sure that was a well thought out chess match but on Saturday he showed he still has love for the game, was in shape and truly brought it, all respect to Takam for going toe to toe and wanting that war but when you get Chisora on form and focused he is a hard man to beat!

Joseph Parker could possibly have the best chin in boxing at heavyweight since Vitali Klitschko. Sure he got dropped but when he looks or seems hurt its as if the next shot wakes him up, I have so much more respect to a true warrior with an iron chin, that shot puts every heavyweight on the market to sleep, I thought the fight was more than the 113-112 scorecard reflected.

I thought Parker was landing the cleaner shots and Dillian Whyte was making it a rough brawl, swinging at air on a lot of his punches with some a little too wide for me. after his past few fights, I thought he might be ready again for the elite but I think he may need one or two more for the experience before he is ready for the big boys again.

He did make it tough for the man from down under tonight and showed massive heart with decent stamina, but unless he can land that same shot on Anthony Joshua, I don’t see him becoming champion anytime soon.

I still don’t enjoy this PPV model and can’t wait for Eddie Hearn and co to launch this new network style platform. what we have to pay in comparison to the American’s I know is not much but the fans really do need to boycott this whole model now, its old school and a total rip-off.
