Heavyweight king Anthony Joshua will face Bulgarian Kubrat Pulev on October 28th at the Welsh Capitals Principality Stadium.
Joshua who holds the WBA/IBF/IBO title has been told that he must face the IBF mandatory challenger before December 2nd or run the risk of being stripped of the title.
Standing in his way of making a successful defence will be once beaten 36-Year-Old Pulev who believes the hulking heavyweight standing across from him will have “No Chance”
Pulev wrote on his Official Facebook page, “Anthony Joshua is a great and dangerous rival. But his style fits perfectly on mine ”
“Boxing styles dictate the meeting between them. In this battle, there won’t be much hugs, there will be strong boxing”
“My preparations are very intense for the short time I have. I’ll be completely ready when I get in the ring. So he doesn’t stand a chance against me”
Joshua had initially been in line to face Wladimir Klitschko in a rematch of their titanic bout in April but the former ruler instead decided to call it a day and retire from the sport.
Pulev’s only loss came at the hands of Klitschko in 2014 but as since steadied the ship with wins over Derek Chisora, Samuel Peter and Kevin Johnson amongst others.
It is thought an official announcement will be made by Matchroom Promoter Eddie Hearn today
