WBO Heavyweight Joseph Parker (23-0, 18 KO’s) retained his title with a rather uneventful one-sided twelve round decision over WBO #14 Razvan Cojanu (16-3, 9 KOs) at the Sparks Arena in Auckland, New Zealand.

6’9 Conjuru was a former sparring partner of Parker, stepping in for the injured Hughie Fury on two weeks notice, but seemed at times to give his countryman too much respect, Parker kept distance well was in control for the entirety of the contest to take the spoils by scores of 119-108, 117-110, 117-110.

The night’s undercard featured Kostya Tszyu’s son Tim Tszyu who took his unbeaten record to 4-0 with the dismantlement of Ivana Siau (3-7-1, 3 KOs), needing only two rounds in doing so.
